The hotel was clean based in a historic style building with amazingly great and courteous staff. Luxury and fairly quiet rooms with open bathrooms and an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware.

Outstanding food for all meals. Lovely location right next to the loungers in the downstairs area and helpful and attentive staff.

Location: the hotel was near to the lake near Lucerne and Focus restaurants and Switzerland. The room was well-appointed when upgraded with ice as well as an incredible view. I had a very nice time here and will come back.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Urs Langenegger and the team. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and clean room that provided the most magnificent view of the mountains and lake. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my entire stay.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with stunning views of the mountains from the loungers on the lakeside terrace. The beautiful lake terrace restaurant provided a serene atmosphere without any annoying guests, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the view. Additionally, the room was comfortable with a well-designed bathroom and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot and cold dishes.
There was one negative aspect of our stay. The hotel lacked a dedicated space for children, which made it difficult for guests without children to find peace and quiet.
